IFS-Informed Life Coaching
IFS-Informed Life
Coaching Overview
We all carry stories, experiences, and patterns that shape how we move through the world. Some of those patterns come from moments of pain, stress, or trauma— experiences that may have left us feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward.
IFS-informed coaching recognizes that healing and growth happen most fully when we feel safe, seen, and supported.
IFS (Internal Family Systems) is a gentle, evidence-based approach that sees each of us as having many “parts” inside—like inner voices, feelings, or roles we’ve carried through life.
Some parts might try to protect us (like the inner critic or perfectionist), while others may carry old pain or fear. In IFS-informed coaching we explore these parts with curiosity and compassion, not judgment.
You will learn how to listen to them, understand what they’re trying to protect, and meet their needs in healthier ways.
Over time, you connect more deeply with your highest Self—the calm, wise, centered part of you that can lead with clarity and compassion.
Because I combine IFS with a trauma-informed lens, we will go at your pace. Safety, consent, and choice are always at the center of the work. The goal is to help you befriend your inner world, reduce inner conflict, and live with more ease, authenticity, and freedom.
